Sourate Al-Ikhlas : la sincérité

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ (1) ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ (2) لَمۡ يَلِدۡ وَلَمۡ يُولَدۡ (3) وَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدُۢ (4) سورة الإخلاص

Dis : "Il est Allah, Unique. 1 Allah, Le Seul à être imploré pour ce que nous désirons. 2 Il n’a jamais engendré, n’a pas été engendré non plus. 3 Et nul n’est égal à Lui. 4 " Sourate Al-Ikhlas : la sincérité

Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One, 1 Allah, the Eternal Refuge. 2 He neither begets nor is born, 3 Nor is there to Him any equivalent." 4 surah Al-Ikhlas

عن أبي بن كعب رضي الله عنه : أن المشركين قالوا للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : يا محمد ، انسب لنا ربك . فأنزل الله : " قل هو الله أحد الله الصمد لم يلد ولم يولد ولم يكن له كفوا أحد " .رواه الإمام أحمد

عن أبي سعيد رضي الله عنه أن رجلا سمع رجلا يقرأ : " قل هو الله أحد " يرددها ، فلما أصبح جاء إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فذكر ذلك له ، وكأن الرجل يتقالها ، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : " والذي نفسي بيده ، إنها لتعدل ثلث القرآن " . رواه البخاري

Cause de sa révélation : les idolâtres ont dit au Prophète (bénédiction et salut soient sur lui) : « Décris-nous ton Seigneur ». C’est alors qu’Allah révéla cette sourate : « Dis : Il est Allah, Unique. Allah, Le Seul à être imploré pour ce que nous désirons. Il n’a jamais engendré, n’a pas été engendré non plus. Et nul n’est égal à Lui ».

Son mérite : Un homme avait dit : ô Messager d’Allah ! j’ai un voisin qui prie dans la nuit et ne récite que : Dis, Il est Allah, l’Unique - il semblait en minimiser l’importance- Le Prophète (bénédiction et salut soient sur lui) lui dit : Au nom de Celui qui tient mon âme en Sa main ! Elle équivaut au tiers du Coran.

Cause of its revelation : the idolaters said to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): "Describe your Lord to us." It was then that Allah revealed this Surah : Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent."

His merit: A man said: O Messenger of Allah! I have a neighbour who prays in the night and only recites "Say, He is Allah, the One" - he seemed to downplay his importance - The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to him: "In the name of Him who holds my soul in His hand!" It is equivalent to a third of the Qur'an.
